Our Perspective.

Brands make better decisions when they know who they are.

Identity before expression.

Remarkable brands don’t invent identity. They reveal it. Every expression should faithfully reflect the identity of the organization behind it.

Strategy precedes tactics.

Execution without strategy creates activity, not progress. We define the problem before developing the solutions that move organizations forward.

Creativity gives strategy its voice.

Strategy provides direction. Creativity transforms it into experiences people understand, remember, and trust. Together, they create brands with lasting impact.

Brand is a dialogue.

The strongest brands aren’t defined in isolation. They’re built through an ongoing conversation between an organization and the people it serves

1. Discover

We kick things off with a discovery call. We want to know what it is that makes you, you. What are your specific business needs? What does success look like for you? We familiarize ourselves with everything there is to know about your business model, your brand vision, and your specific goals.

2. Dig

Next, we dig deep. During the “Dig” phase, we invest heavily in research, conducting a market analysis to see where your company falls among your competitors, determine what your creative needs are, and create a brand overview deck, which is a summary of all of our research.

3. Build

Once we meet with you after the “Dig” phase and receive your approval on the proposed direction, the real fun begins. “Build” is where we take the raw materials we’ve been collecting as a part of “Discover” and “Dig” and begin constructing the items listed as a part of your original Statement of Work. This could include everything from a brand guide to packaging to a new website.

4. Refine

In the “Refine” phase, we take all of the feedback we received from you during “Dig” and implement it in your new materials. Depending on the scope of the project and the extent of your feedback, we may cycle between “Build” and “Refine” until the project is just right in the eyes of both parties.

5. Ignite

“Ignite” is the wrap party. It’s the phase where deliverables have been finalized and launched, and where we put your new materials into action. It’s also the phase where we provide you with a permanent digital home for your new materials, and we look back on our partnership and what we accomplished together.
